What you are buying

A personalised AR camera filter based on the template you chose, delivered as a Snapchat filter, a browser link, or both, depending on the option you picked at checkout.

Personalisation covers exactly what the filter page listed: the names, dates, colours and photos that design calls for. Anything beyond that is custom studio work and sits outside a MOMNTS order.

Delivery

Your filter is delivered within 48 hours of your files being approved, not within 48 hours of payment. A designer reviews your details within 24 hours of receiving them; if something will not work, we contact you on WhatsApp or email and the clock pauses until replacements arrive.

Browser links stay live for 30 days around your event date. Snapchat filters stay live on Snapchat.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver your filter, you get a full refund. No argument.

Once your filter is delivered as described on the filter page, the order is complete and non-refundable, because the work is done and it is personal to you.

If you never send us the details we need, we will chase you twice. After 14 days of silence we may cancel the order with a refund minus payment-processing costs.

Your content

You must own or have permission to use the photos, names and logos you send us. Nothing offensive, unlawful or infringing; we can refuse and refund any order on those grounds.

You give us a licence to use your content solely to build and deliver your filter. We do not use your photos for marketing without asking you first.

Platform rules

Snapchat filters go through Snap's own review. In the rare case Snap rejects a design, we rework it or refund you.
